Our Company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Act as a private limited company on 9 April 2018 under the name Enest Group Berhad On 16 November 2018, we were converted into a public limited company and assumed our present name to facilitate the listing of our Group on the LEAP Market. On 7 August 2019, we are officially listed on LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia, Stock Code: 03025.
